House Rules * This is a family-friendly home. All guests, including children and infants, must be included in the reservation. Maximum occupancy is **10 guests**. *No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property.* *No pets are allowed.* * No parties, events, weddings, or bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are allowed. * Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. * Please respect the home and neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during evening hours. * Check-in is at **4:00 PM** and check-out is at **10:00 AM**, unless otherwise approved. * Please take out the trash daily and before check-out. Trash bins should be placed at the street Tuesday evening and returned Wednesday after pickup. * Kindly load and start the dishwasher before departure and return kitchen items to their proper place. * Please do not move furniture or décor during your stay. * Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items during their stay. * Exterior security cameras are located outside the property for safety purposes only. * Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation. Pool Rules * Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. * Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. * No glass or breakable containers are allowed in the pool area. * Please do not remove pool equipment from the water. Guests are responsible for any pool-related damages.
